Most questions (how scoring works, what is measured, pricing, privacy) are answered in the FAQ.
Troubleshooting
- “No face was detected”: use a photo where the face is front-facing, well lit and not too small in the frame. Heavy filters and extreme angles can prevent detection.
- Purchases not showing: tap Restore purchases in Settings inside the app. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
- The personalized reading says a model isn't available: the AI-written reading needs Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later with it enabled). On other devices FaceCheck uses its built-in reading. Everything else works identically.
