How do the alarms work?

Set an alarm for any time and days. When it goes off, it rings persistently and shows a confronting reflective message full-screen, so you actually face it instead of snoozing past it. Make sure to allow notifications/alarm permission when prompted.

How do I write my own messages?

When creating an alarm, switch to the Custom tab, type your message, and save it. Your saved messages stay in your personal list to reuse anytime.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Fix Your Life → cancel or change your plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

I subscribed but the app is still locked.

Open the app and tap Restore on the paywall, or simply reopen the app — your subscription will be detected automatically. If it persists, email us.
