Fix Your Life
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fix Your Life ("the App"), an iOS application developed and operated by Nicolas Gula ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You may use the App if you can enter into this agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your country, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the store you got it from: the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for the App Store, or the Google Play Terms of Service for Google Play.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
One alarm and one habit are free. Premium unlocks unlimited alarms and habits and is offered as:
- Yearly: an auto-renewable subscription billed once per year at the price shown in the App. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial.
- Weekly: an auto-renewable subscription billed once per week at the price shown in the App.
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-renewing purchase at the price shown in the App. It unlocks Premium permanently for the store account you bought it with (your Apple Account or your Google account) and can be restored on your devices that use that account.
Payment is charged to your store account (your Apple Account on the App Store, your Google account on Google Play) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the current period; on the App Store it must be cancelled at least 24 hours before, and renewal is charged within the 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store account settings or, on Android, in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; we cannot issue refunds directly. You can ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through Google Play.
4. App store terms
Fix Your Life is licensed to you, not sold. If you downloaded it from the Apple App Store, your license is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where that agreement and these terms differ about the license itself, Apple's agreement applies. Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt it.
6. Privacy
How the App handles your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. In short: your alarms, answers, habits and photos stay on your device.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Fix Your Life is a personal-development and reminder tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. It is your responsibility to ensure alarms are configured appropriately for your needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of that country.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or the law changes; the date at the top changes with every revision. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can stop using it and delete it.
11. General
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a part of these terms is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Fix Your Life. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if the app changes hands, without reducing your rights.
